Groups
Overview
Groups are used to organize various features on the TAKAKRYPT platform into a single, centralized management container. Through Groups, administrators can manage the relationships between users, Access Tokens, and security configurations such as Encryption, Tokenization, and Data Masking based on operational needs.
With a group-based approach, access and configuration management becomes more structured, consistent, and easier to maintain.
Groups Functions
Groups serve to:
- Organize users based on specific needs or responsibilities.
- Manage the Access Tokens used within a group.
- Link security configurations to relevant groups.
- Simplifies access and configuration management in multi-user environments.
Groups Uses
Groups can be used to:
- Manage multiple users within the same group.
- Organize the use of Access Tokens according to the group's needs.
- Group the security configurations used by certain users.
Groups Components
Each Group can have several interrelated components.
1. Users
Displays the list of users who are members of the group.
Through this tab, administrators can view the users who belong to the group along with the access rights granted to each user.
2. Access Token
Displays the Access Tokens associated with the group.
Tokens added to a group can be used to support the integration of applications or services that require authentication through TAKAKRYPT.
3. Security Config
Displays the security configurations used by the group.
The configurations that can be associated include:
- Encryption
- Tokenization
- Data Masking
With these configurations, administrators can ensure that group members use the appropriate security policies.
4. Activity Log
Every change made to a Group is recorded in the Activity Log.
The Activity Log helps administrators monitor and trace the activities that occur within the group.
